Training vehicles
....for on site training

Mobile training vehicles provide the most cost effective and practical training facilities available to businesses and professional training companies by enabling the training to travel to the delegates, rather than have the delegates having to do the travelling.

For any business that has multiple sites and is committed to providing ongoing training to some or all of its employees it can make good economic sense to provide this on a mobile training basis.  Employees can be trained at their place of work, so reducing lost working time.  Taking trainers and training vehicles to sites is also much more cost effective than whole groups having to travel at any one time.

The same applies where a business has product type on which their agents, distributors, wholesalers or service personnel require training. Taking the product to them is the best way to pass knowledge on.

For professional training companies mobile training works just as well, and provides an ideal way of recruiting students and maintaining their commitment and attendance.

Our Freeway training vehicles vary in size to suit the nature and the purpose of the training.  A large van such as a Renault Master, Vauxhall Movano or Fiat Ducato can very comfortably converted into a one on one unit.  For more space we recommend a chassis cab conversion on a standard manufacturers chassis such as an Iveco Daily cab or alternatively an Al-ko chassis conversion on a vehicle such as a Peugeot Boxer, which has the benefit of reducing floor height to make access that much easier for delegates.

For mobile training activities requiring larger numbers of delegates or necessitating the carriage of heavy equipment we step up to lightweight articulated trailers and even full HGV articulated trailers featuring extensions.

To summarise, there are a wealth of options when it comes to choosing training vehicles and there is a type and size of vehicle to suit each and every need.

Whilst IT training is one of the most popular and most obvious of subjects, we have worked on projects that have included equipment for training delegates on gas detection equipment, central heating boiler training, commercial vehicle engines and commercial catering to name but a few.

We have built training vehicles to provide training for job seekers, those seeking to set up their own business and an Art classroom for those with learning difficulties.  So there is no limit to the services and facilities that we can install and provide.

In addition to fitting your own specific training equipment we can incorporate:

  • Appropriate lighting for the visually impaired
  • Hearing loops for those with hearing difficulties
  • Generators for most power requirements
  • Heating and air-conditioning
  • Comfortable seating and desks
  • Smart boards and display equipment
  • Closed circuit TV and Projectors
  • Refreshment facilities or kitchens
  • Toilet and wash room facility
